OverallI was working at Judith and Charles for about 2 years. I started as a sales associate and moved up the ladder pretty quick to assistant manager. I had top sales and everything seems to be copesthetic. Ine daybthe store had a visit with Charles and his little minion. Charles took me outside the store and set me down on the bench. He said please don't be offended here is $100 you need to go get a haircut. At that point I asked them if he looked at my sales and I wondered what's more important to him my looks or how much I sell and do for the store. This experience was the most humiliating experience in my life.
