I've been trying to get in touch with customer service about my return for five days already. Even though my return made it to the warehouse, I haven't heard back about my emails or received a refund. It's been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with this lack of communication and delay in fixing the problem. I thought a company like this would have better customer service.
