I'm actually pretty happy with my Jimmy Lion order, even though it started off messy. I ordered on July 9 and expected the usual 4–7 business days. Delivery ended up taking almost two weeks. No tracking at first, which annoyed me. Then FedEx routed it to the wrong city. I was skeptical, sure — I thought they'd shrug and leave me hanging. There was a bit of back-and-forth, a few emails and one phone call. At first support was slow. Then, after I pushed, someone took ownership. They rerouted a replacement, offered a partial refund and gave a discount code for next time. That turned my frustration into relief. The product itself is great. The designs are exactly as pictured — bold, fun, and well printed. Fabric feels sturdy but soft. Fit was true to size. I've been wearing it for a couple of weeks and it's held up fine in the wash. Not perfect. Communication needs work. But they fixed the problem and stood by their stuff. Would I buy again? Yeah, I probably would. Just be ready to follow up if shipping gets weird, and stay patient.
