I still reach for these whenever I want comfy, quirky socks. Found them first in a little shop in Madrid and bought a couple pairs — they’re seriously soft and the designs are fun. I wore them a lot over the years so they showed wear; decided to order online to the UK and, considering post-Brexit customs fuss, they arrived within a week which surprised me. If you like unique patterns, grab them in person if you can, but ordering worked fine too. Would like wider shipping options though, honestly.

I actually like the designs — they fit my casual work/gym rotation and the prints look sharp — but dealing with the shop was frustrating. My first parcel never moved from the courier’s system and instead of trying again they just refunded me without asking, which is annoying when you still want the item. I reordered, the new one sat in limbo for days, and customer service kept promising updates that never came, then went quiet. In the end I asked for my money back. Good product, but their support and delivery need serious work.

they ship from Spain and basically warn you they can't say what customs will charge, that it's out of their hands. That vague "might be extra" line turned into a surprise fee for me, and that kills the whole thing. If they ever sorted transparent duties, I'd consider them again, but right now I'm out.

I'm actually pretty happy with my Jimmy Lion order, even though it started off messy. I ordered on July 9 and expected the usual 4–7 business days. Delivery ended up taking almost two weeks. No tracking at first, which annoyed me. Then FedEx routed it to the wrong city. I was skeptical, sure — I thought they'd shrug and leave me hanging. There was a bit of back-and-forth, a few emails and one phone call. At first support was slow. Then, after I pushed, someone took ownership. They rerouted a replacement, offered a partial refund and gave a discount code for next time. That turned my frustration into relief. The product itself is great. The designs are exactly as pictured — bold, fun, and well printed. Fabric feels sturdy but soft. Fit was true to size. I've been wearing it for a couple of weeks and it's held up fine in the wash. Not perfect. Communication needs work. But they fixed the problem and stood by their stuff. Would I buy again? Yeah, I probably would. Just be ready to follow up if shipping gets weird, and stay patient.
