Ugh, this company is seriously the worst! I ordered a ring ages ago and it still hasn't shown up. Like, how hard is it to process a ring? I tried contacting them twice, but the first time they just sent me some generic response and the second time, I heard nothing. I'm so done with this, I just want my money back now. I swear, I'm never shopping from them again!

I recently bought something from this store, eh. My order is taking way longer than it should. It's been like 20 days already and I've been bugging the customer service folks every day since day 7, but no one's getting back to me. I'm pretty upset about the lack of communication and the delay in getting my order. Hopefully I can get my money back soon because this whole thing has been super frustrating, eh. I'm gonna tell the authorities about this so other people know about the bad service from this store.

I just bought this gorgeous ring from this company, and let me tell you, the sapphire gemstone is absolutely stunning.
