Beautiful engagement ring, fast shipping, custom engraving, free gift
I recently got this amazing engagement ring from this company and it was such a great experience overall. The ring was way more stunning in person than it looked in the online pictures. And can you believe how fast the shipping was, especially coming all the way from overseas? There were no sneaky fees or surprises with customs or taxes, which was a relief. What I paid online was all I had to pay. The ring itself is so detailed and the custom engraving was exactly how I wanted it. The free gift that came with it was such a nice touch too, my girlfriend loved it. She can't stop staring at the ring, she's in love with it. I'll definitely be coming back to this company in the future.

I absolutely adore skulls and I've been checking out skull rings for years. When the time finally came for me to get engaged, I just knew I had to get a skull ring from this company. Recent ring purchase over $300
My latest buy was a ring that cost over $300 and man, what a letdown. I specifically asked for a signature upon delivery and even gave them my phone number, but they just dumped my package somewhere haphazardly. And when I called customer service to complain about it, they straight up said no to giving me a refund or sending me a new one. So now I'm down $300 because of their mistake. Can you believe it?
Necklace purchase
I bought a necklace as a gift, but I was really let down by the quality and customer service. The necklace showed up all messed up, with a knot that I couldn't even untangle and the charm had fallen off. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, all they offered me was a lousy £5 off my next buy and told me to fix the necklace on my own. I wasn't happy with how they handled it, and the whole thing was just a terrible experience.

I just bought this gorgeous ring from this company, and let me tell you, the sapphire gemstone is absolutely stunning. The ring quality totally blew me away - it was even better than I imagined, and I'm so happy with it. But, unfortunately, my experience got a bit sour because there was a problem with the delivery.

I got this rose gold ring with vermeil plating from this company, and let me tell you, I was so let down by the quality. After only wearing it for a month, I noticed the rose gold plating was already coming off. I tried reaching out to customer service to complain, but so far, I haven't heard a peep back. I've completely lost trust in their products now, and all I really want at this point is my money back.
