Returns & RefundsI recently bought a pair of ski boots from Jans for snowshoeing and hiking, and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with how they turned out. They started to fall apart after only a few uses, and when I tried to return them, the customer service was not great. The staff didn't seem very interested in helping me and made the whole process way harder than it had to be. All in all, I wasn't too happy with the product or the service at Jans.
