So I'm left feeling grateful it didn't turn into a long-term headache, even though the experience could've been handled better from the start. Would I order again right away? Probably cautious — I'd check stock status and have a backup plan for time-sensitive stuff. Still, nice to have the situation resolved, and that counts for something.

I wish they’d been transparent up front about potential deductions and shown the documents they claimed to have. A company that presents itself as premium should treat returns and VAT properly; sadly that’s where they fell short for me. Still, product = good, process = uneven.
