Finally tried to order
Finally tried to order
CheckoutI was actually kinda excited to try this — postpartum pelvic stuff, needed something gentle for daily use. Imagined it would feel snug and simple, quick sessions while I grab coffee, you know? Tried ordering three times though and it never went through. Different browsers, different cards, even different emails. Support answered fast, which I appreciated, but their fixes were basically "try another card or browser" — no real solution. Site kept saying "under maintenance." Bit annoying, but still curious about the product itself; if they fix checkout I'd give it a go. For now I’m on hold.
Quietly reliable, but that loop could be tougher

Productonce before ordering to ask about shipping times and once recently to ask how long I should realistically keep mine. Both times the reps were helpful and prompt (Monika answered me the last time and actually gave me the clear timeline I needed). So service gets honest praise here. Things aren’t perfect: I tried to scrub out tough stains a couple of years in and tore the loop — my fault for being too rough, but maybe it could be made a bit sturdier. I ended up cutting the loop off and the cup still works fine, but it would’ve been nicer to not have to do that. Pro tip I learned too late: hydrogen peroxide really does bring stains back, so don’t go overboard with scrubbing. Also, there’s a learning curve with insertion, removal and making the seal — use a pad while you get the hang of it. Price-wise I think it’s reasonable given the years of use, but I’d like to see a loop option on the other models and maybe slightly thicker material around the loop. Bottom line: not flawless, but dependable and worth recommending if you want to move away from disposables.
Tiny idea, big hassle

Productpackage and instructions were fine, fit felt okay at first. But it didn’t reliably collect — on heavier days it leaked a lot, so I still needed pads or period pants. On light days it’s tolerable, so it does work sometimes, just not when you really need it. Pulling it out is fiddly and kind of gross unless you’re right beside a sink or in the shower, which is annoying. Customer service was responsive and delivery was fine, so I can’t complain there, but the product itself didn’t solve my problem. I’m back to my usual menstrual cup for peace of mind. Not terrible, and maybe fine for some folks, but not for me on heavier flow days.
