DeliveryI bought some software recently and had to wait longer than expected to get it. It took twelve days before I heard anything other than an automatic email. But once I finally talked to customer service, they were really helpful. They answered all my questions clearly and stuck with me until everything was fixed. Their instructions were easy to follow, but they did require some knowledge of Windows registry and finding a hidden folder in Windows Explorer. It wasn't a problem for me, but it might be tough for people who aren't as familiar with computers.
