Returns & RefundsPackage showed up on time and in good shape, which already set a positive tone. The scope itself feels well made and parts are replaceable — sounds like it's European-built or at least sold that way. Internals failed after a while, but the lifetime guarantee covers it. That's great. The snag was having to dig up the original email or invoice; seems odd to tie a forever warranty to a receipt. Customer service handled the claim professionally and delivery of the repaired part was quick. I've had worse experiences elsewhere, so I'm glad this one worked out.
