Short-lived handle, decent service

Service

Overall, pretty happy but annoyed it didn't last longer. I started using this M5 trolley on weekly work trips about two years ago and loved it at first. The telescopic handle snapped a few months after the warranty ran out. I messaged support and they mailed me a replacement kit to fit myself. That helped.

Pretty handy, with a couple of hiccups

Delivery

Bought a carry-on from Horizon Studios and later the big checked bag too. At first I was impressed — smooth wheels, solid feel and the built-in charger is actually handy on long trips. Delivery wasn't perfect; the bigger suitcase arrived two days later than promised and the tracking was vague, which annoyed me. Customer service did help though, polite and they offered a small credit without fuss. I’ve had worse experiences with other brands, so this felt fair. Overall I'm happy, but delivery could be tightened up. Wheels still glide, which I like.

Quick handle fix

Service

I was actually halfway through packing when the telescopic handle on my eight-year-old Horizn suitcase started sticking. I shot a quick message through their site and Sasha replied the same day to say they'd send a replacement — which felt almost too easy. UPS had the part the next day, but they needed a signature; they even emailed and I told them to drop it at my office, so that worked out. Swapped it myself in about five minutes (six screws, nothing special) and the handle feels solid again. I've had clunky warranty runs with other brands, so this was a pleasant surprise.

Delivery was solid, warranty was odd

Returns & Refunds

Package showed up on time and in good shape, which already set a positive tone. The scope itself feels well made and parts are replaceable — sounds like it's European-built or at least sold that way. Internals failed after a while, but the lifetime guarantee covers it. That's great. The snag was having to dig up the original email or invoice; seems odd to tie a forever warranty to a receipt. Customer service handled the claim professionally and delivery of the repaired part was quick. I've had worse experiences elsewhere, so I'm glad this one worked out.

Suitcase saga — not what I expected

Service

I bought this case because I travel a lot for work and my back hates lifting heavy, cheap luggage — needed something solid and light. First trip in, the shell cracked. No dramatic luggage fight at the airport, nothing obvious, just a crack. Customer service's first reaction was basically “the carrier did it,” without even asking for photos or a decent look. That rubbed me the wrong way — I’ve owned nicer bags and handled stuff carefully. Delivery of the replacement later was okay, actually smooth, but getting there was a circus. I had to push, dig up receipts, outline the problem in legal-ish language, and only then did they agree to swap it. Also got a weird response when I left a blunt Google review — they threatened “defamation” instead of acknowledging the story. In the end I got a replacement and the new case seems fine, but the whole back-and-forth left me wary. If you value fast, no-hassle service, this might not be it. If you have patience and backups, you’ll get there eventually.

Support that actually mattered

Overall

the fabric could be a touch tougher for heavy use. Overall though, I’m relieved — and honestly glad I didn’t have to hunt for a replacement. Happy enough to stay a customer.

Okay, I’m officially converted

Overall

a gate agent chucked my bag onto a cart, I braced, and the thing just... held up. Wheels true, handle smooth, zipper behaving like a grown-up. That little relief turned my scepticism into a quiet grin. I use it for client trips, quick weekend getaways and the daily shove into car trunks, so it gets real wear — puddles, stairs, my kid’s curiosity, the works. My son uses his for long-hauls and reports the same: reliable as. Customer service was unexpectedly pleasant too — quick, human answers (not corporate script), which mattered when I fretted about timing. Delivery via UPS in Canada was fast enough to make me relax. It’s not cheap, sure, but for the peace of mind and how it fits into my messy travel life, I’m glad I got it.
