CommunicationI was pretty bummed about the yarn I bought recently. The labels were torn and the balls were all messed up when they arrived. Usually, I have good experiences with this company, but this time was different. The yarn was a total mess, like it had been mishandled during shipping. If it had been properly packaged, like vacuum sealed, it would have been perfect. Sadly, it looked like it was just thrown in a tyvek envelope and shipped out. When I contacted customer support about it, their response was not great. They didn't seem committed to fixing the issue or doing better in the future.
