ProductI was in the washroom, half-asleep and bracing for my usual gag reflex, when I realised I could actually finish brushing without having to stop — and that tiny, quiet relief was the moment I knew it worked. I use it every morning and on chaotic coffee-and-kid mornings; the flavour is gentle (not candy-level), sometimes a touch too foamy and it fades, but it let me brush without panicking. Not perfect, but honestly a real help.

Deliverydon't expect a smooth delivery — that's my take after waiting since Feb 10. I ordered on Feb 10 and at first thought it was fine, a quick buy, optimistic. Weeks later there's still no package, just vague replies and zero urgency. I kept refreshing tracking like it was a TV show. It's kinda funny now, but mostly annoying. Wouldn't buy again; other reviews were right. Felt ignored, honestly.

I ordered something I use every day and had started to wonder if it was lost; no replies made me sceptical. Then the courier pinged and the package showed up the next day. Not flawless customer care, but the product fits right into my daily routine and that moment when it arrived? That's when I relaxed and smiled. Pretty worth the wait.

Returns & Refundsone of the pump dispensers was faulty, and then another one later on, so it wasn’t a one-off. I reached out to HiSmile for help and that’s where things went downhill. Responses were slow, sometimes I had to message again before anyone replied. They asked for videos and photos, which I sent, then nothing until I chased them. Eventually they wanted a screenshot of the order (also sent), then again silence. Final suggestion was to return the item to Superdrug for a refund or replacement. That’s not realistic for me right now — I’m disabled and can’t get into town on my own, driving’s off the table, so a return would mean arranging transport for two people or paying a taxi, making it pointless. I explained that to HiSmile and haven’t heard back. So: product works for me overall, but the customer service and returns process need serious improvement.
