ServiceI recently bought a classic Fedora hat from this online store and honestly, I was kind of let down by the whole thing. The ordering part went pretty smoothly, but the customer service was not great. I had a question about the size of the hat and when I asked for help, the response I got was rude and not very helpful. The price was okay, but the quality of the hat was not worth it. I was hoping for something more luxurious, but it felt cheaply made. And to top it off, the hat took longer than expected to arrive, which was annoying because I wanted to wear it to an event. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this retailer if you're looking to buy a hat.
