Checkoutthe mural looks great, but the checkout and final bill left a sour taste. I ordered the 344 cm x 264 cm piece and ended up around $700 CAD all in. The site advertises “free shipping,” yet at checkout you agree to taxes and duties that FedEx then billed me — $98.02 CAD in import charges. So technically the courier cost was separate and that wasn’t obvious up front. I also took the phrase “glue applied to wall” to mean glue was included; it wasn’t, which felt odd for a near-$700 purchase. Delivery took about 11 days, which was fine, and the wallpaper itself is really nice—colour and fit were good, seams lined up. Still, the surprise fees and missing glue soured the experience. My advice: ask them about duties and what’s in the box before you buy. It’s a quality product but the buying experience needs to be clearer.
