ProductI hesitated before ordering. I wasn't sure about the shop or the price. I asked myself if it was worth it, but my hair was thinning and I needed something. The site didn't say the wig ships from overseas. That would have mattered. When it arrived it looked cheap and not like the photos. The lace and bangs were long and in the way, so I can't actually wear it. Brushing it shed hair every time. I asked for a refund or exchange. They kept deflecting with vague replies. I still wish they'd handle returns better or be honest about origin. Disappointing, and honestly a bit upsetting. I wanted to trust them, but I can't.
