Not what I hoped for
Not what I hoped for
ProductI hesitated before ordering. I wasn't sure about the shop or the price. I asked myself if it was worth it, but my hair was thinning and I needed something. The site didn't say the wig ships from overseas. That would have mattered. When it arrived it looked cheap and not like the photos. The lace and bangs were long and in the way, so I can't actually wear it. Brushing it shed hair every time. I asked for a refund or exchange. They kept deflecting with vague replies. I still wish they'd handle returns better or be honest about origin. Disappointing, and honestly a bit upsetting. I wanted to trust them, but I can't.

CheckoutBy the time I checked my bank app there were two charges for the exact same wig — that’s where I knew this wasn’t going to be simple. I was hesitant to order in the first place (no clear contact info on the site made me nervous) but went ahead because I needed it. After I asked to cancel the duplicate order, they offered $30 off if I kept the second one; I said no, I only wanted the original. I was told cancellation was “too late” even though the second confirmation showed up the next morning. The wig arrived mid‑May and I tried it that night — it’s okay, not custom but wearable. My doubts about returns and the billing mess haven’t disappeared; I’m relieved it works, but still not confident about their process.

Deliveryif the address is bogus we’re stuck without a wig and most of the cash. Bottom line: cautious recommendation — trust but verify, especially for vulnerable buyers.

Returns & RefundsThere I was at the post office, holding the notice for a parcel I never wanted anymore, thinking about how a custom wig might have felt — lightweight, breathable cap, a soft, realistic hairline against my scalp — and feeling a mix of annoyance and weird disappointment. I’d ordered because chemo left me short on choices and after a few terrible shop experiences I wanted something made to fit. I cancelled within hours, but $487 was already gone from my card. They pushed back on the dispute, then sent a package fast (which I rejected). So yes, they were speedy — oddly speedy — but also bluntly frustrating. I’ve got emails and photos. No product, money taken, and a story to tell. It felt like a tiny scam, and I’m still chasing a refund and answers.
