By the time I checked my bank app there were two charges for the exact same wig — that’s where I knew this wasn’t going to be simple. I was hesitant to order in the first place (no clear contact info on the site made me nervous) but went ahead because I needed it. After I asked to cancel the duplicate order, they offered $30 off if I kept the second one; I said no, I only wanted the original. I was told cancellation was “too late” even though the second confirmation showed up the next morning. The wig arrived mid‑May and I tried it that night — it’s okay, not custom but wearable. My doubts about returns and the billing mess haven’t disappeared; I’m relieved it works, but still not confident about their process.
