OverallI just bought a pair of alpine touring skis from this company, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything went down. The customer service folks were so quick and polite when I had questions before buying. Ordering was a breeze, and my skis arrived right on time. The quality is top-notch and they've been great on all my backcountry trips. I totally recommend this company if you're in the market for some awesome ski touring gear.

OverallI recently bought some ski touring gear from this company, and let me tell you, I am so disappointed. The products are just not good quality - the skis feel cheap, and the bindings don't work well. It's like they slapped their logo on some low-quality stuff and called it a day. And the customer service was awful. When I tried to talk about my order, the responses were rude and unhelpful. Plus, the prices are way too high for what you get. Delivery was a disaster - my order arrived late and looked like it had been run over by a snowplow. Overall, a really bad experience from beginning to end.
