Returns & RefundsI just bought this expensive watch online and was so bummed when I got an email saying it was out of stock and I'd get a refund. I was really hoping to snag a deal on it during a sale, but now I gotta go pay full price somewhere else. What a bummer!

One of the items was so neat and a steal of a deal, but the other one just wasn't my cup of tea, so I sent it back and got my cash back in a jiffy. The customer service I got was amazing though. The staff were really nice and quickly fixed the problem, making sure I was happy. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how a company deals with them that counts. H.S. Johnson went above and beyond to make things right and I was super impressed.
