ServiceI got 2 swim suits and needed a different size but I was up against leaving for vacation. I was worried I wouldn't have them on time, but Gooseberry came through and got me the exchange so quick! Now I have them for my trip to Italy! The customer service was amazing and I am so happy with my experience.

ServiceI bought something small from Gooseberry, but it turned out I needed a medium because of my 34DD size. I got in touch with their customer service, and they were really helpful and quick about exchanging it for me. They sent out the medium right away so I could have it in time for my vacation. I was happy they didn't make me pay twice when I returned the small item. All in all, I really appreciate their great service.
