Servicethe delivery was reliable and most of the products are decent. I liked the packaging and the timing. Customer service, though — inconsistent. Helpful at first, then silent when I needed them to explain why my review disappeared. If you shop here, keep screenshots of confirmations and any replies. And maybe be ready to follow up more than once. I’d buy again for certain items, but I’d be cautious and less inclined to trust their public praise blindly. A little transparency would go a long way.
