DeliveryThere I was, mid-move and nursing a sore lower back, wondering if this order would ever show. The website said Montreal, but then there was a five-business-day lead time to ship to Canada — odd. Tracking with UPS showed nothing for ages and there was no express option, so yeah I started to assume I'd be better off buying elsewhere. Then it arrived. Simple as that. Unpacked it, tried it, and my back actually relaxed. Not perfect service, but the product worked. I'd buy again, cautiously.
