Returns & RefundsI've been using the gloves and a wedge I bought from them almost every week — they feel solid, break in nicely and help on the range, so that part's fine. But when I tried to return a jacket it became a months-long headache; refund hasn't landed yet, still dealing with my card company.

Returns & Refundsno confirmation email, no order number, and shipping took ages, like seriously took forever. Trying to return it was worse — you have to call for an RA and nobody answers. Then they charge a 20% restocking fee. I’ve bought from other golf retailers that are way easier to deal with; this felt like doing business in the 90s. Annoying, but product itself wasn’t terrible.
