I bought a Stealth 2 driver from Golf Direct Now after seeing one in a buddy’s bag at the range. No adjustment wrench came with it, I was annoyed — complained, but I still tipped a friend to try it. Then a pal lent me his wrench and on the third tee I ripped a drive that hummed and stayed online. That’s when I relaxed; it actually performs.

no confirmation email, no order number, and shipping took ages, like seriously took forever. Trying to return it was worse — you have to call for an RA and nobody answers. Then they charge a 20% restocking fee. I’ve bought from other golf retailers that are way easier to deal with; this felt like doing business in the 90s. Annoying, but product itself wasn’t terrible.

the straps sit right, the padding is actually supportive, pockets are useful and the whole thing is noticeably lighter on my shoulders. Still, I wish they’d be faster to respond.
