The glasses I got were fine, but dealing with customer service was a total nightmare. The virtual assistant was no help at all and I couldn't even talk to a real person. Leaving messages didn't do anything 'cause they never got back to me. I made two orders and both had big mistakes. And shipping took forever, like at least two weeks. I'm totally finished with this company.

I recently got a pair of prescription glasses from this company and had a really tough time. The online chat was slow and not very helpful, the 800 number didn't let me talk to a real person, and texting didn't work either. When the glasses showed up, the prescription was right, but the arms were all crooked, which made the lenses wonky and impossible to wear. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but couldn't get the issue resolved or get a refund. Dealing with this took me 3.5 hours, and it was really stressful, especially since I needed those glasses urgently in between my cancer treatments. The lack of actual human interaction and good customer service was disappointing and just made things harder. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company to others.
