CommunicationThis has been so frustrating dealing with this online retailer. I ordered lenses for my son, and then a month later, I got an email saying my order was cancelled and refunded, no explanation at all. I tried calling and emailing many times to talk to a supervisor, but no one ever replied. The lack of communication and customer service is just terrible. Now I have to start all over with a different retailer and wait for the lenses to come. It's just ridiculous!
