ServiceI recently bought some fedoras from this store, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the service. The customer service rep told me there would be a delay in my order and I just had to wait. That lack of honesty and responsibility is just not okay nowadays. As a customer, I should be able to pay when I get my stuff, not be kept in the dark about my order. It's worrying that the company is making it the customer's problem to be patient, instead of fixing things quickly. They need to rethink their shipping provider to make sure deliveries are smoother and more reliable.
