PriceI bought this chair because my lower back was acting up during a move and I needed something supportive and not huge. It’s firm but comfy and feels sturdy — exactly what I needed. Then, three months later, they emailed asking for extra shipping money with no apology and a hint that I’d added items. I would’ve paid if they’d asked properly; not ideal, to be honest — instead it felt like a shrug. Glad the chair works though, so I leave 2 stars.
