I’m glad I took the chance — but I was pretty skeptical at first about buying a big diamond online. I actually found Gem Jewelers through a buddy’s Instagram post and he tipped me off, so I called Joe. He explained everything without the hard sell, sent a ring sizer the next day, and the ring showed up the following Friday — real fast. The 2.5 carat eternity band looks way better than I expected; the stones are bright and firey, and the price beat Zales/Jared/Kay by a lot. Only minor thing was the site was a bit clunky, but customer service more than made up for it. My wife loves it.

I found this place online and sort of gambled on a graduated diamond tennis necklace — glad I did. The necklace itself looks really solid, not flimsy, and the stones have a nice sparkle without feeling over-the-top. What really made it doable was their payment plan; splitting it up took the pressure off and let me buy something nicer than I would have otherwise. Shipping took a couple of weeks, which was fine, and the customer replies were casual and helpful. If you want something high-quality without stressing your wallet, give them a look. Not perfect — had a tiny miscommunication — but overall very pleased.
