DeliveryI ordered a hat from their site and filled in my Qatar address, but the label had a German address and it got sent there. They only processed it on the 11th despite ordering on Dec 3, and now it's stuck in Germany. Emails have gone unanswered. I’ve had worse and I’ve had better — other shops sorted mistakes fast — but here it’s just slow and frustrating. Hat might arrive, but I wouldn’t risk ordering again.
