Overall, I'd recommend them — Dave really sorted things out, but the delivery side was messy. I needed some obscure parts for an old machine (no one else had them), and when the post office returned the parcel he set up a replacement shipper. Glad it worked, still annoying.

Thought I'd be stuck for a week - the part wasn't in stock and had to come from elsewhere. Needed it for a Saturday gig, so I was doubtful. It arrived Friday, well packed, and I fixed the amp in time. Service and delivery impressed me, price felt fair, really relieved.

the part they need is on backorder and looks like it’ll be 4–6 weeks. Annoying, sure, but they’ve been straight about timelines and I believe they’ll ship as soon as it lands. I told another engineer about the experience — figured others should know — and they appreciated the tip. Service felt honest and practical, delivery timing is the only downside, but overall I’m relieved and would use them again.
