Deliverythe part they need is on backorder and looks like it’ll be 4–6 weeks. Annoying, sure, but they’ve been straight about timelines and I believe they’ll ship as soon as it lands. I told another engineer about the experience — figured others should know — and they appreciated the tip. Service felt honest and practical, delivery timing is the only downside, but overall I’m relieved and would use them again.
