The sound quality of the speaker is really good, eh? It delivers clear and crisp audio that fills the room with rich tones and deep bass. But let me tell you, my overall customer service experience was not great. It took the customer support team a whole week to reply to my email, and when they finally did, they weren't really helpful and didn't give me any solutions to my problem. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they just ignored me completely. It left me feeling frustrated and like they weren't listening at all. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying this product. The company's lack of respect for customers is disappointing and could really damage their reputation, eh.

My speaker crapped out on me after only a year, even though the ads promised it was tough and waterproof. I tried contacting customer service, but got no response. The chatbot on the website was useless, telling me they don't repair or recycle busted speakers. It's pretty disappointing how little they care about helping customers or being eco-friendly.
