ServiceI remember opening the package in February after waiting since my November order — used it a few times, first impression was okay, fit fine, but the embroidery was wrong at first and getting customer service was impossible. I emailed and called repeatedly with no real answer, which was the worst part. Disappointed, won’t risk ordering again.
