Returns & RefundsI'm kind of bummed that I didn't pay closer attention to the return policy, but I know it's on me to really understand that stuff before I buy. It's weird to me that hair products can't be returned for health reasons, especially since using a spray doesn't seem unclean. Still, I get that I need to check those policies better next time. The dry texture spray I bought wasn't what I hoped for, so that's a bummer. But I do want to give props to Fragrance Net for reaching out and offering to take it back as a nice gesture. I appreciate how they handled things.
