PriceI hesitated for a while before clicking buy because I was unsure about cross-border charges, but the product looked fine so I went ahead. It arrived a few days later and out of habit I started using it right away — packaging was decent and it does what it should, nothing fancy but solid. Then DHL hit me with an extra brokerage/import bill that showed up after I'd already paid for shipping. That part left a bad taste; my initial doubts about hidden costs weren’t really eased. Works fine, but the lack of upfront disclosure about possible customs fees is annoying and could’ve been avoided.
