I saw these on Instagram after a buddy sent the link so I ordered shoes. Messed up login, no reset email and parcel tracking was slow, a bit, had to call next morning. Annoying, honestly, but customer rep finally fixed it and the shoes arrived — glad it worked out, could be smoother.

Skip the birthday perks — they never sent my code. I used it for my weekly snack orders, checked every year for six years and support kept saying it was sent. When I complained they deleted my account. Frustrating, but the deals were decent.

Weird thing — I worried they'd be fake when my two pairs of Ugg clogs arrived, but they're genuine. I usually wear a size 5, but with Uggs I go down to a 4 because they stretch, and that fit was right. The only annoying bit was the heel strap; at first the velcro looked like it would never meet — a big gap. I wore them in the house to break them in, and the strap now fastens. Not perfect — still a bit stiff at sides, but I'm happy overall after dodgy buys elsewhere.

I hesitated for a while before clicking buy because I was unsure about cross-border charges, but the product looked fine so I went ahead. It arrived a few days later and out of habit I started using it right away — packaging was decent and it does what it should, nothing fancy but solid. Then DHL hit me with an extra brokerage/import bill that showed up after I'd already paid for shipping. That part left a bad taste; my initial doubts about hidden costs weren’t really eased. Works fine, but the lack of upfront disclosure about possible customs fees is annoying and could’ve been avoided.
