By the time I got to the sink my eyes were swollen shut. I’d tried the Stictionary lashes and the glue clearly didn't agree with me — lids puffed up, annoying and a bit scary for a couple of hours. I reached out asking for a refund, explained it seemed like an allergic reaction, and they came back with the standard "we can’t accept opened items" line. Okay, I understand contamination policies, sure. What I did not expect was the rep essentially telling me to sell the used boxes online and even dropping a link to a Buy/Sell group. That felt wrong — they say "we won't take it back" because it might be contaminated, but then suggest I offer it to strangers anyway. If you’ve returned things to other beauty brands before, you know some at least try to help or offer a partial solution; this was more of a shrug. I did check with a pharmacist and a friend who’d had a similar flare; stopping use and cleaning things helped and it calmed down after about 48 hours, so I'm relieved it didn’t get worse. Still, the product caused a clear reaction and the customer-service reply was tone-deaf and a little gross.
