CheckoutI gotta say, I've never been so let down by a streaming player before. The whole ordering process was a total mess - super confusing and took way too much time. On top of that, the customer service was basically non-existent, leaving me high and dry when I needed help. The price was way too high for what I ended up getting, which was pretty disappointing in terms of performance and features. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, the product delivery was delayed, adding insult to injury. I wouldn't wish this product on my worst enemy, that's for sure.
