FL STUDIO - Reviews and experiences

I really have to say, the customer support was amazing! They were so patient, helpful, and really seemed to care about how I was doing. And their products are just fantastic. FL Studio has become my favorite DAW for sure.

I was so upset with the service I got from this company. Someone swiped my credit card to buy stuff online, including from them, so I called for help. They were so rude and unhelpful, didn't even try to fix things or care about what happened to me. It felt like all they wanted was my money, not to help me out.

I bought some software recently and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with what it can do. It's made my work a lot easier and better. But when I had a problem and tried to get help from customer support, I was let down. Their lack of help and unhelpful answers left me feeling frustrated and not happy at all. The software is good, but they really need to step up their support game.

I bought this software from that company and it was a total disaster. I had some problems with it and when I asked for help from their customer support, they were so rude and unprofessional. They didn't even try to help me fix the issue and to top it off, they cancelled my license for no good reason. That's just not right and goes against everything customer service should be.

I figured this place was supposed to be helpful, but nope. They totally ignored me and accused me of sharing accounts. Like, seriously? I just wanted to correct a mistake and they were so rude. Now I have two licenses and no patience for this company. The software is good, but their customer service team needs a serious attitude check.

I'm having such a frustrating time with FL Studio support! They randomly blocked my account and aren't being helpful at all. I'm thinking about deleting my account, but their website is so unresponsive that I can't even do that!
