Returns & RefundsThis store is such a rip-off! They said I'd get free shipping for giving my email, but then didn't give it at checkout! When I asked for a refund, they said I needed a code they never gave me. Like, what the heck? I even told them to remove me from their email list if they weren't gonna refund me. And they didn't even respond to that! Plus, they charged my card right away even though my order was gonna take weeks to ship. So shady! And then, they didn't even tell me my order was back-ordered until I asked. Like, hello? I needed those items for Christmas gifts! I said to cancel everything and give me my money back. Ugh, never shopping here again!
