Returns & RefundsEh, so the socks are decent quality, eh, but this supposed lifetime warranty is pretty much useless, eh. Recently, they changed things up so now us customers gotta cough up the cash for shipping when we gotta send in defective socks, eh, for a replacement, eh. And let me tell ya, the shipping costs almost as much as the darn sock itself, so it's not even worth it, eh. Feels like they're tryna squeeze every looney and tooney outta us loyal customers, eh. Real disappointing to see a company pull these slimy moves, makes me wonder if they're on shaky financial ground, eh. Would suggest ya stay away from this whole deal, eh.
