CommunicationI just bought a bunch of fancy socks online, ya know, the high-performance kind. But when they showed up, they got mixed up and I got the wrong ones. So, I tried to reach out to customer service, but at first, I didn't hear back from anyone. After some digging, I found a number on the receipt and got a hold of this guy named Andrew. He helped me out, but one pair of socks was still MIA. It took another three weeks for 'em to finally show up. The whole customer service situation wasn't the greatest - there was a lack of communication and follow-through that left me feeling pretty let down.
