Returns & RefundsI've been a faithful customer of Fast Tech for about six years and I've never had any problems with their stuff or services. Anytime I've had an issue, their customer service team has always been quick to fix it to make me happy. If I ever got a product with a problem, all I had to do was send some pics or videos for proof and they'd refund me through PayPal in just a couple days.

Returns & RefundsHey guys! I bought some LED lights for my room, but they didn't last very long. Most of them stopped working after just a few months. Fast Tech was pretty cool about it though and refunded my postage for sending them back. That was nice of them! Other than that, everything else I've purchased from them, like flashlights, batteries, and vaping gear, has been good quality. I still buy stuff from Fast Tech regularly because they have cool stuff and I don't mind the cheap shipping.

But I had a small problem when I got a faulty charger with the trimmer I bought for my husband. The customer service team was quick to help and gave me the choice of getting some money back or getting a new charger. I decided to get a refund and bought a new charger from a nearby store. The only bad thing was that the delivery took a long time.
