ServiceI saw it at a neighbour's place and bought it. At first it kept cutting out after about 20 seconds — annoying while I was cleaning. Support was slow and shuffled me around, but a replacement fixed it. Feels solid and easy to handle.

ServiceI charged it once, used it three times over three weeks — felt light and decent suction, handled corners okay. Now it won't turn on. I've called customer service three days and still no one answers. Kind of frustrating, been better with other brands.
