Servicelack of communication, slow replies, zero ownership when timelines slip. They eventually solved it by sending the order, but the experience felt unmanaged and careless, and that matters. If you need something quickly for health reasons, count on delays and having to chase them, probably by email. Also, packaging had a small tear and a corner dent — annoying but not a dealbreaker. So, product works, delivery came late, and service needs a real overhaul before I'd risk ordering from them again.
