If you need something quickly for health reasons, count on delays and having to chase them, probably by email. Also, packaging had a small tear and a corner dent — annoying but not a dealbreaker. So, product works, delivery came late, and service needs a real overhaul before I'd risk ordering from them again.

I’d already had second thoughts before hitting purchase — saw mixed reviews and wondered if it was worth it. When my order arrived one pair of socks was missing and nobody replied to my emails for over two weeks, which was annoying. On the bright side the stuff I did get felt really nice, better than some other brands I've tried, so part of me felt oddly relieved. Still, that silence from support was disappointing.

Morning coffee, tying my shoes, I thought these were fine. They felt soft and snug the first few wears. I use them for commuting and running errands, same shoes every day. After under twenty wears both heels went thin. Too thin. Cheaper pairs I bought at the same time still look fine. So yeah, comfortable at first but not durable. Surprisingly, the toe seam stayed comfortable. Won't risk buying these again.
