ServiceFunny start — saw their ad on Instagram and thought, why not. I called because the prescription fields on the site were confusing and the rep (a guy called Dan) stayed on the line, emailed confirmations and checked my uploads to make sure the Rx was right. Service was patient and real, which I appreciated. The glasses arrived in a week, nicely packed with a tool and a cleaning cloth. Only gripe is the site could be clearer about where to put the cylinder numbers, but overall I told my sister about them and I'm glad I did.

I tried cancelling, called twice, sat on hold, nothing. Then, out of the blue, they emailed me saying it shipped and, weirdly, the box showed up sooner than I expected and everything was fine. So yeah, ridiculous at first, but in the end it did what it said. Kinda relieved, not thrilled. If you order, be patient and follow up — maybe don’t expect miracles, but stick with it and you might be pleasantly surprised.

Deliverydon’t expect the glasses in a few days. I heard about them from a coworker and figured I’d give it a shot — that was the first time I saw their site. They promised shipping in 3–4 days. After four days the order still showed as processing. I called and was told the frames were out of stock. That was frustrating because the site let me order anyway. A few days later I called again and someone said they’d be in the next day. Fine, looked promising. Then more waiting. Later I was told it would take two weeks and that the manufacturer had no stock, and apparently nobody there tracks inventory precisely. I cancelled and ordered from another retailer; same style, cheaper by about $100 and they even threw in a second pair. So yes, I did end up saving money and getting them sooner. The staff I spoke with weren’t rude, but they couldn’t actually fix the problem — they just passed along manufacturer delays. Bottom line: the ordering date is misleading and the site lets you buy items they don’t have. If you need glasses fast, look elsewhere. I felt annoyed but not furious — mostly just disappointed.
