ServiceI had a problem with a lost package right before Christmas, but after letting them know on the 20th, the support team got back to me right away and sent out a new package. Because of their fast response, we got the replacement on time for the holidays. I'm really impressed with their customer service and how they made sure to fix the issue quickly.
