Returns & RefundsMy experience with this company has been really disappointing, eh. I bought a membership and had a big issue getting my money back. Even though I didn't renew my membership, they still took a bunch of money out of my bank account. They said I'd get my refund by a certain date, but it still hasn't come. I've tried calling them, but no luck. Their customer service is seriously lacking, and it's really ticking me off, you know?
